Refund Policy

This refund policy (the “Refund Policy”) covers the circumstances under which TheAgency.com may in its discretion provide refunds. Use of the terms “we” and “us” in this Refund Policy means TheAgency.com. By using the Site, you are accepting this Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the Refund Policy, please do not use the Site.

The Agency may amend its Refund Policy at any time by posting a revised Refund Policy on the Site, and/or sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to The Agency. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Site to obtain timely notice of such amendments. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing use of the Site or of your Account after such amendments have been posted or information about such amendments has been sent to you.
The Agency does not provide a refund for any purchases. However, you can obtain a refund for your purchase if you have accidentally made 2 payments for the same exact order. In this case, you will be refunded for 1 of the 2 payments only.

If any tags or website provided for your campaign contain Malware and / or suspicious content which is banned or blocked by our network partners once the campaign is launched, you will not receive any form of refund for your campaign.

For all recurring contracts, payment period is identified at the bottom of your media plan and will be billed at each 30 day mark within the period to collect prepayment for the upcoming 30 days. Ex: 3 month contract = 3 payments starting the date stated on the media plan and until prepayment for 90 day period is completed. Once the first payment is completed towards the contract, the contract is non-refundable and all payments must be completed.
